Incase of rate plan downgrade customer will not be allowed to carry forward the quota. If service is barred for more than 30 days, the quota will be forfeited. In case of customer applying for temporary suspension, the quota will be accumulated for the period, however the left over quota will be provided to the users once the services are resumed.
